Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use these routes for the most common Charlton County requests:
- A docket sheet: run a case search through the statewide portal, or request the docket from the clerk of court
- A court date or setting: check the court calendar, or confirm the setting with the clerk of court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: look it up with a case search by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case

The official county page lists Monday through Friday hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Probate, guardianship, limited civil, dispossessory, and Magistrate records route to the combined Probate/Magistrate office in Suite B at the same street address, 912-496-2230. Folkston municipal traffic and ordinance matters remain with Folkston City Hall at 912-496-2563.
